Be sure there is no free space in box or safe door will tear up the sides of the box fighting it's way out as it is handled through shipping. Much better to pack the box a 1/2 inch overfilled with packing peanuts and compress them while closing lid. Best is to use our shipping kit with the super heavy box I got just for protecting these doors.

A normal size Dominos / Mcgunn safe door will weigh about 35 pounds when boxed. Priority mail price for this is curently around $30. Since priority mail is a premium quality service be sure to mark the box!

If in doubt about packaging take it to a Mailing Service company like The UPS Store etc.

You may be in a hurry but sending a safe door by next day service of any kind is a waste of money. Regular UPS or priority mail will get the door here in a few days for $40 or under in most cases.
